Pro Boxer Steps on college Campus

As a professional athlete it comes hard to understand how important education is to your career, we understand this is a huge part of being the best in your sport. Our top boxer and Wasserman represented fighter has chosen to pursue a degree in astrophysics at Boise State in partnership with NASA on a full ride scholarship. What do you think the sport of Boxing will say about your Scholarship and Satellite studies?

"Maverick pro boxer", I'm still a little confused. Honestly I still can't believe that I actually want to do this with boxing! I think balancing a degree like this is insane especially being a professional athlete. I still can't sleep , haha. "But inside I know that if this team and my family can support me then in faith I hope that the sport of Boxing is able to accept me working for NASA & also being a world class athlete". I think it's my decision not the sports as long as my team can stick around while our fights come in I don't think any interference outside of the ring could possibly effect me while in the ring that's all that matters to me Maverick pro boxer, S.capps.

Do you think that your athletic & professional market will follow you to Boise State?

"Maverick Pro Boxer", I think this is really funny I hope not! I can't imagine not knowing what to do during a moment while on campus especially knowing that I'm there to study for NASA - I know having any other expectations other than school this would be my number one fear haha! Quite honestly , I don't know but it scares me and not in a good way. Idaho is a small state I think I would probably uproot a culture or something with a fan base like that so maybe I need to talk to my agent and begin filing paperwork with a few companies around the college!
